Delete your account and data.
You can permanently delete your Valeska account and everything tied to it, whenever you want. You don't need to reinstall the app or sign in to ask us to do it.
The fastest way: delete it in the app
Open Valeska, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. That permanently removes your account and erases the encrypted database on your device. If you'd turned on cloud sync, your synced data is purged from our servers too.
Don't have the app installed?
Email info@phoenixckk.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Valeska account." We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done. No sign-in, no reinstall, no hoops.
What gets deleted
Everything you entered, and the account itself:
- Your profiles and every health entry — symptoms, medications and dose history, questions for your doctor, appointments and reminders, mood, nutrition, water, cycle and period entries, and allergies.
- Any vitals or activity data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect, and any documents or scans you uploaded, including their images.
- Your sign-in account and subscription record.
Data on your device is erased immediately when you delete in the app. Synced data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
If you never turned on cloud sync
Valeska is local-first, so there may be nothing on our servers to delete in the first place — without cloud sync, your data only ever lived on your own device. Deleting your account in the app erases that local copy, and you're done.
What we keep
Nothing tied to you. We may retain de-identified, aggregate operational logs needed for security and legal compliance, with no link back to your identity or your health data.
