On-device tools are free. For good.
Logging, finding patterns, preparing for a visit, and keeping documents on your device should never sit behind a paywall. They are free for good.
Pro pays for the things that cost us money to run: encrypted cloud backup, syncing between your devices, and sharing with the people who help you. Family adds managed profiles for the people you care for.
What we will never do
Sell, rent, or share your health info with anyone, ever. Run ads. Track what you do inside the app. Or lock up the info on your device when a subscription ends.
What you won’t see
A pop-up trying to sell you something after you log a symptom. "Pay to see your own history." Daily nag reminders. Or a pricing page that hides what’s included.
What we will do
Email you two weeks before any price change. Keep your price the same if you’re already a subscriber. And reply to your emails ourselves, there’s two of us, and we read every one.
The honest FAQ.
Is the free app ever going away?
No. The core app, logging, reminders, charts, and your patterns, is free for good. We never want a price tag between you and writing down how you feel.
If I cancel Pro, do I lose my info?
No. Your local history and every on-device tool stay in the app. Cancelling turns off cloud backup, syncing, and caregiver sharing. You can turn them back on anytime.
What’s the difference between Pro and Family?
Pro adds cloud backup, device sync, and caregiver sharing. Family adds everything in Pro plus profiles for the people you care for, managed from one place.
Do I need iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 for the richer summaries?
The richer summaries need iOS 26 or iPadOS 26. On an older iPhone or iPad (iOS 18+), the app still spots the same patterns and shows them as ready-made summaries. Nothing is missing, you get the same findings in a ready-made summary instead.
Is there an Android version?
The Android version has been submitted to Google Play and is awaiting review. It will be available after Google approves the release. Once it is live, you can use the same paid plan and account across your devices.
Can my employer or insurer get my Valeska info?
Not from us. We don’t have a way to hand your health info to anyone, and we won’t build one. It stays on your device. It only leaves if you send it yourself, or invite a caregiver to see it. You’re always in control of who sees what.
